Don't miss out on our help!
The process will be easier if you read our info.

The 乱伦通道's Admissions team will communicate with you in two main ways:

  • via the Current Applicants Section, which sets out the "Stages" and what you need to do in each (if you're reading this you'll know what's going on).
  • via an email at the beginning of each stage (in the first few days).

We may also email you at other times with info or queries relating to your application.

It's worth taking a moment to think about receiving email - it may sound obvious but please do this. You need to receive and read our messages! We'll email you from

Here are our top tips:

1. Check the email address you gave in your UCAS application regularly

This is the biggest mistake people make - if you submit your UCAS application and then don't read your email for a week, you may miss important emails and deadlines. We recommend that you check your email at least once a day.

2. Add the 乱伦通道's email address to your 'contacts' and 'safe senders' lists to make it less likely that your email account puts our messages in your spam/junk folder!

Help for some of the more commonly used email clients can be found at the following links:

You may need to search for 'How to add to contacts' 'How to add to safe senders' 'How to add to white list' etc.

3. Check your junk / spam folder anyway!

Student sitting on grass in Fellows' GardenIt's good practice to get into the habit of checking your junk and spam folders regularly, as well as your inbox. If you find anything from us in one or both of those folders, it's very important that you take the steps described above.

4. Make sure that your email inbox is not full

Often email accounts will not accept emails if there is no spare capacity, so check that you have space. You may need to tidy up your inbox.....

5. Read the current applicants page regularly

Look especially at the current points box and the relevant 'stage' information to ensure that you are up-to-date with approaching deadlines and emails that have been sent.

You don't have to wait for our email reminders - you can see in the current applicants section what happens when, and if you want to get ahead and get things done, please do! The only thing we ask is that you submit your UCAS application first so that we can add documents you send to your application.

6. Make an email folder for the 乱伦通道's emails

You may want to re-read emails at different stages. If you put your 乱伦通道's emails in a folder after you have read them, you will be able to find them and refer back to them if needed.

7. Use your own email address

This is so important - please do not rely on a parent or an agency to pass on details. You need to receive the information yourself and without delay (some of our emails may be time-sensitive and you may be at a disadvantage if you do not receive our messages directly).

8. Avoid changing your email address (but if you have to, here's what to do)乱伦通道's supervision

It's best to not change your email address during the application process - this causes work and potential for mistakes at our end. If you absolutely have to change your email address, PLEASE ensure that you

  • Update it in your .
  • Email 乱伦通道's Admissions with the change.
    • Our address is and don't forget to start with the details we need at the beginning of each email.
