University Level
is based at the University Rugby Club's stadium on Grange Road. The club provides kit for all members, who train on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.
Sarah, a current ÂÒÂ×ͨµÀ's student who plays for the team, says:
"The team is very welcoming to all new players and you'll find that's there's a lot more American football enthusiasts in Cambridge than you might have thought! I knew nothing about the sport and was welcomed with open arms.
Having gotten involved, I know a lot more people around Cambridge that I normally wouldn't have met. The club has regular socials that are some of my most memorable nights out.
Even though we are a university team, prior experience in the sport is not required at all. Don't be shy to try it out, everyone is welcome, no matter their level of experience!"
